Push-in Speech Therapy occurs when a speech therapist provides speech therapy in the classroom rather than in the Speech Therapist’s office. There are various types of Push-in Therapy, from pulling a student into a corner to work on IEP goals to full collaboration with the classroom teacher where the Speech Language Pathologist has input on curriculum topics and co-teaches in the classroom.
